Your mind won’t slow down. You’re carrying too much—responsibilities, worries, the constant hum of urgency. Maybe you’re feeling disconnected—from yourself, from others, from the steady rhythms of the natural world.
Moss offers another way.
Soft yet strong, it thrives in stillness, holding moisture, filtering air, and creating life where others might not survive. It teaches us how to slow down, how to receive instead of grasp, how to belong without striving.
Moss Hour is a 90-minute guided session designed to bring you back to the present moment—calming your mind, restoring balance, while strengthening your connection to nature and your Self.
📅 When: Every 1st Monday of the month at 9:00 am MT (8 am PT, 11 am ET)

📍 Where: Online via Zoom (join from wherever you are!)
